Submission Guidelines

  • ICSGT 2026 invites original research contributions in the form of an Abstract followed by full-length research and review articles, prepared in the standard manuscript format. Submissions that meet the required quality standards and are selected for publication will be subject to additional processing fees.

  • All manuscripts should present novel research concepts, methodological advancements, detailed analysis, and clear conclusions. Submissions must be original work that has not been published previously and is not under consideration elsewhere. Each manuscript must include the full affiliations of all authors, the corresponding author’s name and email address must be clearly indicated.

  • To uphold academic integrity, all submissions must maintain a plagiarism threshold of less than 15%, with no single source exceeding 2% and internet content not exceeding 10%. Manuscripts exceeding these limits will be rejected without review.

  • Accepted papers, following peer review and conference presentation, will be published in the conference proceedings. At least one author must be fully registered and present the paper at the conference for it to be included. For template formatting, authors should use Abstract Template Full Length Paper Template, ensuring the manuscript follows a logical flow: Abstract, Introduction, Literature Survey, Methodology, Results and Discussion, Performance Comparison (if applicable), Conclusions, and References. Review Process

All submissions undergo a double-blind peer review. Evaluation criteria include relevance, structure, research methodology, originality, ethical compliance, language clarity, hypothesis formulation, results presentation and proper referencing. ICGST 2026 prioritizes intellectual property protection and all manuscripts are rigorously screened for plagiarism. Papers are evaluated based on originality, creativity and contribution to the field.

Decisions Categories

1. Accepted as Submitted: Manuscripts meeting all standards without revisions will receive an official acceptance notification via email. Applicable publication charges will apply.
2. Revision Required: Manuscripts requiring modifications must address reviewer comments and be resubmitted. Acceptance is confirmed only after reviewers approve the revised submission.
3. Rejected in Pre-Screening: Manuscripts failing initial pre-screening will not proceed to full review.

Presentation

Each presentation should last approximately 6 minutes, followed by a Q&A session. While there is no fixed template for slides, authors must submit their presentations in advance for scheduling and review purposes.

General Guidelines

Participation in ICSGT 2026 requires registration and payment of the conference fee. Authors are strongly encouraged to carefully review their submissions before the final deadline as this will be the only opportunity to make corrections, additions or acknowledgements. No amendments will be considered after the final submission deadline.
