Participation in ICSGT 2026 requires completion of registration in the appropriate category and payment of the corresponding fee. Please ensure that you select the correct participant type during registration.

Important Note:
Registration should only be completed after receiving the official email of acceptance.
Publication charges, where applicable, are separate from the registration fee and must be settled independently.
Participants are requested to choose the appropriate category for their registration.

Registration will proceed as follows:
To participate in ICSGT 2026, authors must complete the following steps carefully. Please read the instructions in full before proceeding with registration.

Step 1: Abstract Submission

• Authors must first submit an abstract of their proposed research through the
• Abstracts will be peer-reviewed by the scientific committee.
• Only abstracts that receive an official acceptance notification via email will be eligible for full paper submission and subsequent registration.

Step 2: Full Paper Submission

• Upon acceptance of the abstract, authors are required to submit their full-length paper within the stipulated deadline.
• The manuscript must follow the prescribed template and formatting guidelines provided by the conference.
• Papers will undergo double-blind peer review, and only accepted papers will be scheduled for presentation and publication.

Step 3: Registration and Payment

• After receiving the acceptance notification for the full paper, at least one author per paper must complete the registration process to ensure inclusion in the conference proceedings.
• Registration is confirmed only after the payment of the applicable registration fee.
• The registration fee does not include publication charges, which, if applicable, will be billed separately.

Step 4: Confirmation of Registration

• Once the payment is completed, authors must send the payment receipt along with their paper ID to the conference email: icsgt.fsu@gmail.com.
• A formal confirmation of registration will be sent by the organizing committee.
